- Device Identifier: Your device's unique identifier (IDFV) is used temporarily for service operations
- Profile Information: Your name (optional), preferred wake time, and custom wake-up messages are stored locally on your device
- Alarm Data: Alarm times, recurrence settings, and alarm status (enabled/disabled) are stored locally on your device
- Usage Data: Voice call durations, timestamps of alarm triggers, and interaction data
Important: Wake AI does not require traditional account creation. Your personal preferences (name, wake time, custom messages) are stored locally on your device and are not synced to the cloud or shared across devices.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device model, iOS version, app version, and device identifiers
- Analytics Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, onboarding completion, and error logs
- Subscription Information: Subscription status, purchase transactions, trial start/end dates
2.3 Voice Data
During AI-powered wake-up calls, your voice interactions are processed in real-time by our AI service provider (Eleven Labs) to generate personalized conversations. Voice data is not recorded or stored by Wake AI.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the alarm and AI conversation services
- Personalize your wake-up experience with custom messages and preferences
- Process subscription payments and manage your account
- Send you important notifications about alarms and service updates
- Analyze app usage to improve features and user experience

- Cloud Storage: Data is stored securely in Google Firebase and Firestore with encryption at rest
- Local Storage: Some data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData (encrypted by iOS)
- Transmission Security: All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses TLS encryption
- Access Controls: We implement strict access controls to limit who can access your personal data
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where we operate.

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Our App does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
